From Doncaster, Yorkshire, Parly B works as a deejay and MC, with the name “The Yorkshire Raggamuffin”. His work spans reggae, dancehall, digital and jungle/drum and bass, and he is active in the UK and international sound-system scene. As a UK reggae and sound-system vocalist, he has worked with producers including Danny T & Tradesman, Stalawa, Interrupt and Mungo’s Hi Fi. His releases include the EP This Is Digital, issued by Glasgow label Scotch Bonnet Records, and the album Lyrics Spree, also released on Scotch Bonnet.
Parly B’s collaboration with Mungo’s Hi Fi includes the album Serious Time. He has also worked with Mr. Benn on the EP Session Cork. In 2024, his EPs included Dangerous and Junglist Crew. In 2022, he released the single 'Galang' with L-Side on Philly Blunt Records.
