V O E, pronounced “Vee Oh Eee,” is an Adelaide-based Australian drum and bass duo comprising Caroline and Tom. Their partnership began after Caroline heard Tom’s music and invited him onto her Fresh 92.7 radio show; they started working together after meeting there. Before forming V O E, Caroline performed as CARZi and Tom produced as Tevlo. In 2018, they released music through Adelaide label Global League, including the single Asking for It.
V O E won Koven’s Track & Build 2.0 competition, leading to the release of Giants through NCS. The single passed one million plays in its first month and has since received more than 330 million YouTube plays. The duo later released music through Blackout, RAM and Liquicity, among other labels, and signed to Viper Recordings in June 2021. Their 2021 single Run From The Sun paired them with Sektor and Subsequent on Liquicity Records, while Sirens / The Darkness came out through ProtoCode that year. They also wrote and recorded Not Thinking Straight with UK artist Telomic.
Caroline and Tom describe their sound as combining male and female lead vocals, harmonies and bass-heavy drops, ranging from liquid drum and bass to techy neurofunk. V O E have released three EPs, including Left Unsaid, as well as their debut album, Vision Of Empire, issued through Viper Recordings in 2025. That year, Caroline and Tom also released PULSE (V O E Remix) through Sounds Of Mayhem.
The duo’s live work has included performances alongside Pendulum, Matrix & Futurebound, A.M.C, ShockOne and Andy C. In 2023, V O E played at Milovice Airport, and in July 2025 they performed at 93 Feet East in London. Known for high-energy DJ sets and live performances, they released Surrounding Me in 2026. On 2 October 2026, V O E played at The Vault in Perth.
