Daisy Roots Movement - D'n'B/Jungle Dance Workshop

Trade the decks for footwork: this all-abilities session puts Jungle and DnB in motion.

Daisy Roots Movement puts Jungle and DnB into the body at World Headquarters in Newcastle on 21 October, with the workshop starting at 6:30pm. This is a dance-floor session for all abilities, built around learning a routine rather than just nodding along to the rollers.

Expect movement drawing on hip hop, shuffle and dancehall, all set to Jungle and drum & bass. Bring your energy, pick up the steps at your own pace and find a new way into the music. No lineup of DJs is announced; the focus here is the dancers and the groove.

Daisy Roots Movement also connects its members with chances to perform at events and in creative projects, so this can be a first step beyond the class. It’s ticketed and open to over-18s. Lace up and get moving.
