Daisy Roots Movement puts the focus on dance at this D'n'B and jungle workshop at World Headquarters in Newcastle on 28 October. The session starts at 6:30pm, with dancers of all abilities welcome to get involved.
Expect a routine set to jungle and drum & bass, drawing on movement styles including hip hop, shuffle and dancehall. It’s a chance to work with the music from the floor up: find the groove, pick up the steps and bring your own energy to the room. No lineup billing here—the dancers are the main event.
The workshop is 18+ and ticketed. If you’ve been meaning to try a dance class, or want to sharpen your movement around the sounds you love, this is a welcoming place to start. Come ready to move.
