Jakwob established Boom Ting Recordings in London in 2009. The label’s output covers UK garage, house and drum and bass, and it has released music by Little Simz, Kano, Etherwood, Ghostpoet and Tru Fonix as well as Jakwob himself.
Jakwob’s single “Here With Me” came out on the label in 2010. In 2014 Boom Ting joined forces with London label Fatback to release the Ragga Twins single “Trippin & Bunnin.” More than a decade later, in 2025, the label issued Jakwob’s album What It Feels Like For A Girl (Original Series Soundtrack).
