DNBB Records is a drum and bass record label founded by Aaron Mello in São Paulo in 2012 to promote the music in Brazil and internationally. It developed from an online drum-and-bass community that began in 2005 and operates within the DNBB Music Group. Its roster and release list run past 500 entries, with distribution to more than 200 digital services such as Spotify, Beatport and TIDAL, and its music has drawn millions of streams.
DNBB Records releases Liquid, Neuro, Deep and Jungle, with an open-format approach to drum and bass. Artists who have released music on the label include Mystific, Maykors, Fishy and HEFT. Its releases include remixes of Fernanda Porto’s “Sambassim” and “Só Tinha de Ser Com Você”. Mystific’s single “In My Brain” appeared on DNBB Records in 2017.
The label’s first official releases were distributed through Juno Download and Beatport. Its affiliated imprints include Liquid Flow, Creative Records, Sunshine Recordings and 4Jungle. Creative Records joined the group in 2016, followed by Liquid Flow in 2019; Sunshine Recordings and 4Jungle launched in 2022.
