Harder & Louder Recordings was founded in 2013 by Anton Grishin and Mikhail Kirilin, after starting as a blog and podcast in 2011. The independent label is based in Hungary, with an output spanning darkstep, crossbreed, hardcore and technoid drum and bass. The blog and podcast covered underground hardcore and drum and bass.
Gorebug’s singles for the label include Devastator (2015) and New World (2019); other artists on its roster include Throttler and Mystification. The 2017 compilation Inner Circle appeared as HLRECS003, while further releases include Kryzys’s Lifetime of Misery LP and K-Teck’s Kill Codes EP. In 2024, Frantic and RAGE HC released Blood Reign on the label. XtronX’s Capital Aesthetic was released by the label in 2020. Dramcore’s 10 Years of Dramcore is also among its releases.
