Microfunk Music is a Russia-based drum and bass label whose releases range from atmospheric and deep sounds to minimal styles. Jazz, funk and electronic music shape its approach, with glitch-like rhythms, open soundscapes and melodies at 170 BPM. Its releases include work by Abstract Elements, Nuage, Oak and Bop. The label also holds events and showcases.
In 2020, Bop, Nuage and Omfeel released the single Romantic OD through Microfunk Music. Nuage’s Gradient LP followed in September 2025; it features “Pausepoint,” co-produced with Bop, the label’s head. Bop’s single Blips 3000 appeared on the label in 2026. Microfunk began as a project involving Oak, Bop and Jalex around 2010, then continued with Oak and Bop. In 2015, Bop revived the project and turned to physical releases, with vinyl as an aim.
