Textures Music Group is a Seattle drum and bass label, running since 2007 and run by the producer Aquasion. Its releases range across several drum and bass subgenres, including jazzy and atmospheric styles, and feature both established performers and newer artists. In 2010, the label issued MSDOS’s single Going Back / Patch and the Secret Self EP by Melos and ATP. The same year, it launched the City Soul series with MSDOS’s Level One.
Aquasion’s album The First Discovery came out on the label in 2011, followed by Funkware’s Blue Waters EP in 2014. Aquasion also released the EPs Neuralynx and Axisdrift through Textures Music Group. Other artists with label releases include Scott Allen and Smote. The label also manages Soul Deep Recordings, One7Six Music Ltd and Urban Jazz Music.
