Time Is Now Records began in 2018 under DJ and producer Bert H, issuing drum and bass. The imprint operates within Shall Not Fade, with UK garage at its centre and jungle and breaks also present. Kieran Williams founded Shall Not Fade in Bristol in 2015 and manages its label operation from the city. Releases span UK garage/bassline, breaks, bass/club and drum and bass, and include tracks by Artificial Red issued in September 2023.
Coco Bryce and Samurai Breaks have both released singles on Time Is Now Records: Coco Bryce’s 2021 remix of “In My Arms” and Samurai Breaks’ “Turbo Diesel” from 2024. Motorist put out Exhibition of Speed through the imprint in 2024, followed by ODF’s Deep Step EP in 2025. The label’s records are stocked at Williams’s shop on St Nicholas Street in Bristol’s Old Town, and Time Is Now Records operates as part of Shall Not Fade rather than as a standalone business.
