Some say that he works on the same snare for several months. Others believe that he is the very same T-1000 Terminator from the movies. All we know is that his name is Rockwell. An independent adventurer, a true punk of the drum and bass world, he appeared on the scene several years ago, and his debut album has been in preparation for almost just as long. “Obsolete Medium” is the name of our hero’s creation. The long-player presents everything Tom has experimented with over all these years, namely: deep material, unrestrained neurofunk, powerful hip-hop and rave. The names of the album’s “guests” also demand attention: Sam Binga, Hyroglifics, Breakage and Phace! The release is due on 27 November, and two of these tracks can already be downloaded with a pre-order.
