Cool Hand Flex grew up in Forest Gate, East London, where he worked at De Underground record shop alongside Randall and MC Fats. The shop was also associated with a record label. His early work included collaborations with MC Fats and “The Game of Love,” made with Uncle. He also compiled and mixed Jungle Tekno In The Mix.
At Jungle Fever, the crowd’s response to “Melody Madness” encouraged Cool Hand Flex to continue producing. He released the track in 2025.
