Evil Beats Recordings was the label of the Evil Beats crew, whose members included Antichristus and Peter Kurten. Its electronic output centres on crossbreed and drum and bass, with dubstep, jungle and techno also in the mix. The label released Peter Kurten’s single “The Power” in 2008, and in 2009 its digital releases came from Katharsys, Delphonik, Peter Kurten and Antichristus, with two further releases on vinyl under the EBRECS prefix. Tracks such as “Thales” and “Dark Steel” also came out on the label.
On 1 December 2011 Evil Beats put out the compilation Revenge LP, featuring Peter Kurten, Katharsys, Antichristus and Delphonik. Katharsys’s “The Chain” arrived on 14 December 2017, and Peter Kurten’s album Dawn of a New Day followed in 2019. Kurten also mixed the crew’s first podcast, and in 2025 the label released his single “Monster Zero.”
