Serial Killaz began in 2009, when Tobie Scopes and Graham Warnock set up the label to issue their own productions. Based in the United Kingdom, it releases drum and bass, including jungle and reggae-influenced tracks. The duo’s “Killa Klash” was among the early original productions behind the label’s launch; their 2005 remix of Tribe of Issachar’s “Junglist” for Congo Natty brought them wider attention. Serial Killaz has also performed at festivals and events around the world.
DJ Hybrid, Jayline and Upgrade feature among the label’s artists. General Levy “Professional Ganja Smoker” appeared on the label in 2014, while Upgrade’s “Drop It” opened Killa Kollective in 2023, an imprint for collaborative projects. The duo also runs Street Life Recordings, an imprint first established with Phil Wells at Nu Urban before becoming part of the Serial Killaz operation. Releases have also featured Jam Thieves and Brian Brainstorm.
