Fabio & Grooverider will play a three-hour set at Volks in Brighton on New Year’s Eve, as part of the club’s 30 Years of Volks celebrations.
The NYE party runs from 22:00 on Thursday, December 31, until 10:00 on New Year’s Day, billed as a 12-hour rave. The pair are the only names on the Resident Advisor lineup, which introduces them as drum & bass pioneers playing “a special 3-hour set”. Entry is 18+.
The partnership goes back to the mid-1980s, when Grooverider began DJing at Phase One, a south London pirate radio station, and met Fabio there.
Volks sits on Madeira Drive on Brighton’s seafront. Discover Brighton’s history of the club traces it back to a late-night salsa spot that the jungle night Lunarcy and its sound system turned into a rave institution. The venue marks three decades in 2026 with a year of 30 Years of Volks bookings.
