It is time for a new MachineCode album, titled “Mechtropolis”! The duo’s members — Current Value and Dean Rodell — attempted to bring to life the idea of a future world in which machines have taken control of the world. Across 16 tracks, the musicians explore different rhythms and atmospheres, but they are all united by the original mechanical and cosmic sounds that we love MachineCode for. On this longplayer, MachineCode have practically done without collaborative tracks; the artists who took part in creating the album are Lockjaw and Coppa, whose vocals, as in their previous collaborations, added expressiveness to the guys’ work. The “Mechtropolis” LP is released on the Eatbrain label.
