This year marks 20 years since the release of Optical's debut release... To celebrate, Matt has decided to release the compilation "20YearsOfOptical", divided into two parts. They feature the artist's most significant solo tracks, remastered especially for this release, as well as, no less importantly, previously unreleased Optical material! "Sci-Fi-Step", "What's the Difference?" and several other excellent tracks that we once featured in our Lost Dubs column. Vol. 2 also includes a fresh remix by Audio and a track from the supergroup Drum Kru, of which Optical was once a member. The compilation is being released digitally; the first part is already available from digital stores, while the second will be released on 14 October. A vinyl release with 4 tracks is also expected.
