The tribute track moves beyond its vinyl-only release as Hospital celebrates three decades in the game.
DJ Marky and Makoto put “Dedicated to Conrad” into Hospital Records’ 30th-anniversary spotlight on HOSPITAL30, out November 6. The track also credits MC Conrad, the voice it honours.
There’s a nice second life here: the breaks-driven amen cut first appeared as a vinyl-only track on Marky and Makoto’s June 2026 12-inch It’s Alright, I Feel It / Dedicated to Conrad. Now it lands in the digital tracklist of a 30-track compilation looking back across three decades of Hospital. A tribute built for the wax heads gets a much wider doorway.
Marky and Makoto bring two long-running D&B voices together, while Conrad’s name carries real weight in the music’s history. Hospital frames the collection as a celebration of artists who have shaped the label’s sound, setting this dedication among new cuts and catalogue-minded selections from across its orbit.
Spin HOSPITAL30 on release day, then give “Dedicated to Conrad” the proper listen: all chopped breaks, amen pressure and respect paid in sound.
