Hospital Records has released HOSPITAL30, a 30-track anniversary collection for three decades of the East London drum & bass label. Digital landed on 6 November 2026, mixing new originals with NHS catalogue remixes.
Hospital was founded in 1996 by Tony Colman (London Elektricity) and Chris Goss. Earlier milestones include H25PITAL (2021) and the NHS500 compilation 500 (2023).
The official boxset presses the thirty cuts across five 12" white vinyl records in a premium two-piece lift-off box (NHS620LP), with a personal letter, logo wall art print, sticker set and relief varnish. Digital is out now; a September label post said boxsets were expected to ship around 23 November.
Hoax and Hugh Hardie open with “Five Star Funk”. Logistics contributes “Perfect Circle”; Fred V and Grafix land “Rain Is Falling”; S.P.Y and Nu:Logic feature; Etherwood brings “Haven”; Gabriella Bongo joins Makoto on “Better Days”; DJ Marky, Makoto and MC Conrad dedicate a cut to Conrad; Tim Reaper appears with “The Whole Thing”.
Remixes include Grafix on Netsky’s “Come Alive”, Break on Whiney’s “Stop & Search”, Lens and Unglued on Logistics’ “Chant”, Hoax on Emz and Anaïs, Cyantific revisiting “Ghetto Blaster”, and Nu:Tone closing with a remix of SOLAH’s “Time”.
The full set is on Hospital now as HOSPITAL30.
