Potential Badboy brings jungle production and sound-system energy together with reggae voices on “Rise,” featuring Blackout JA alongside Talisman and Coozie Mellers. Its message is one of African strength, unity and resistance, giving the track an affirmational edge without leaving its roots-focused approach.
The instrumental version lets the production stand on its own. The single also previews Elusive, Potential Badboy’s debut album for Tru Thoughts.
