Finalfix is the drum and bass project of Bruges producer Shant Madenjian, who began making music around 2010 and signed his first recording contract in 2016. His work has appeared on Hanzom Music, Blackout Music NL and Dispatch Recordings. In a Blackout: Feed The Machine episode about his EP Hope Is Lost, published on 19 April 2023, Madenjian discussed his dislike of loud music and his motivational approach to production with Black Sun Empire’s Milan. His music has been described as “Drum & Bass in ya face.”
Hanzom Music released the EP Tremors in 2020, and it received support from Noisia. That year, Finalfix won first place in Katharsys’ “Metallicity” remix competition, leading to a release on Othercide Records. He later released Arrival through Hanzom Music as the first instalment of The Devil’s Advocate series.
In 2025, Finalfix returned to Blackout Music NL with the four-track EP Full Metal Halo. In 2026, Evolution Chamber released Receptoration: Crematorium (Finalfix Remix) / Ambabai (Task Horizon Remix). Finalfix also remixed “Genesis” on Genesis (Finalfix Remix), a single with Donny and Katharsys released through Barcode Recordings.
