J:Kenzo, the DJ and producer name of J. Fairbrass, is based in the United Kingdom and founded Artikal in 2012 to bring emerging artists into view. His releases have appeared on Tempa, Dub Police, Metalheadz and 31 Records, as well as his own label. On Metalheadz, he released the album Taygeta Code and the EP ZegaFunk. The album features Flowdan, and J:Kenzo also collaborated with Goldie on a remix of Timeless.
J:Kenzo’s 2017 single Intalek (Resound Remix) was released on Rolling Deeper with Resound. In 2022, he released Like A Hawk (Boylan Remix) on Artikal Music UK with Boylan and Flowdan. J:Kenzo’s later releases include the 2023 single Dassai Menace (The Virgil) [J:Kenzo Remix], credited with Goldie and Subjective, and the 2024 single Competition, made with Mystic State. Also in 2023, he released Hoodwinked (Leo Cap Remix) on Artikal Music UK with Leo Cap. In 2025, he released the single My Friends EP with Alix Perez, Hezziane and Mr. G.
