Mr. Frenkie is a Russian drum & bass producer and DJ based in Moscow. He began producing music after getting his first computer in 2005 and formed Phlegmatic Dogs with producer Dima Demyan in 2010. The duo initially made deep house before shifting towards bass music. Mr. Frenkie also worked with Mindtech and released dubstep through Play Me.
Mr. Frenkie has collaborated with Receptor on “New Message” and its remixes. He said old-school sounds inspire his music across the different genres he works in, including drum & bass and dubstep.
