Stamina MC

In 1996, Linden Reeves began MCing as Stamina MC on pirate radio, starting at Pressure FM before moving to Rinse FM. Based in London, Reeves works as a drum-and-bass MC, vocalist, rapper, singer, producer and DJ. A trial performance at the London night Movement brought a meeting with DJ Marky, DJ Patife and XRS Land in 2000. Reeves later supplied vocals for DJ Marky and XRS Land’s “LK” and D. Kay and Epsilon’s “Barcelona”; both singles reached the UK Top 20.

Released in 2002 on V Recordings, “LK” reached number 17 on the UK Singles Chart. Reeves joined the original London Elektricity LIVE line-up, toured with the group and performed on its live DVD, Live Gravy. Filmed at the Jazz Café in October 2003, the DVD came out on Hospital Records. Reeves also performed with CPF Live, adding a second live-band credit to work that included appearances with London Elektricity.

Stamina MC has performed regularly alongside DJ Marky and Shy FX. In 2018, Reeves featured with Lily Allen on Shy FX single “Roll The Dice”, released on Cult.ure. The Sauce provided a remix of that single in 2020, again credited with Stamina MC and Lily Allen. In 2024, Reeves appeared with LSB and T.R.A.C. on the single “All My Life”, released on Footnotes.

In 2025, Stamina MC performed at Dachstock Reitschule and The Underground. The following year brought appearances at Brixton Jamm, UNLOCKED, Volks, The Garden Tisno and Concorde 2. Those 2026 bookings included dates in March, April, May, July and August, with the August performance at Concorde 2 taking place on the 29th. At The Garden Tisno, Reeves performed on 1 July; the other named 2026 venues were UNLOCKED on 28 March, Brixton Jamm on 9 April and Volks on 2 May.
