Manchester MC T-Man began writing lyrics at eight, then started performing at drum-and-bass and 140 raves as a teenager. The Manchester-based vocalist joined LEVELZ in 2013, becoming prominent through the music crew and contributing to its LVL 11 mixtape. T-Man also founded Meeting Martin early in his career, establishing a crew of his own alongside his work with LEVELZ.
T-Man performs across drum and bass, 140 and grime, bringing baritone delivery and rapid flows to the UK underground. His collaborations include Alix Perez, Kanine and Enei, as well as Thelem, Dub Phizix, Skeptikal and Truth. Sustance recorded tracks T-Man made with Thelem. With Alix Perez, T-Man performed “Under Pressure” and “Inferno”; he also featured on “Pass Dat Spliff” with Leaf and Grim Sickers. His collaborations also include Samurai Breaks and SP:MC.
In 2020, T-Man appeared with Kanine on the single All Goes Wrong (feat. T-Man), released on Unleashed. In 2022, he worked with FD on the album NQ State of Mind, Vol. 3 for The North Quarter. His 2024 collaboration with S.P.Y, Fever, came out on Hospital Records. In 2025, Sustance joined him for Snakes & Villains (Molecular Remix) on Shogun Audio, and Monrroe collaborated with him on Setback for Overview Music.
His releases have appeared on Shogun, 1985, Soulvent, Samurai Music and Innamind Recordings. Recent work includes the EP Romance, made with Monrroe for Overview Music, and Rowel / Micro Volts, a release with dotdash on Trust Audio. He is also identified as T-Man (UK) on Resident Advisor.
