For its 20th anniversary, the label released a two-part compilation album in 2024, containing 28 tracks by multiple drum and bass artists. The label has also published a playlist titled Biological Beats Presents 20 Years. Other releases include Undertow EP by Killill, The Beast EP by Traumatize and Fatman D, and Samurai Jack by Fatman D and Pengo. Hexa’s single I Wanna came out on Biological Beats in 2025.
