Blendits Audio is a drum and bass label from Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Blendits started in early 2010 as a monthly club night for drum and bass and dubstep, and the record label followed in autumn 2013 with the aim of putting out deep, musical records on vinyl and digital formats. Its sound runs from dark rollers to melodic liquid and neurofunk.
The first release, on November 4, 2013, paired Dabs’s “Lurkbox” with “Keep Your Distance” by Hydro, M-zine and Scepticz. In October 2014 the label issued “Censorship / Polygraph”, by Hydro and War and by Mindmapper and Silvahfonk, on 12-inch vinyl and digitally.
Later releases include M-zine’s Eristic EP in 2021, the Uprising Dub EP by Simstah, Glÿph and Chris Harmonics, and the compilation Blendits Audio Reflections Vol. 2. Fre4knc, Bredren and Cern are also part of the roster.
