Rebel Music is a record label established in London in January 2019 by Ben Green, who performs as OB1. Its focus is drum and bass, with releases spanning different styles and featuring established and emerging artists. The label’s releases include work by Creatures, RMS, NC-17, Conrad Subs and HLZ. NC-17’s single Carte Blanche appeared on Rebel Music in 2019, while Conrad Subs released Salvage EP through the label in 2026.
Its output includes the Rebel Alliance compilation series and Dub Wars, a producer competition accompanied by collections across four seasons. Rebel Music also issued Rebel One, a compilation supporting the NHS, and the various-artists compilation Rebel Alliance Vol. 5. The label holds live events and club nights, including events at London venues Lightbox and The Cause. Ben Green named it after Bob Marley’s song “Rebel Music (3 O’Clock Roadblock).”
