The Manchester night celebrates 20 years with a Concourse-only jungle and drum & bass session on 10 December.
SHY FX, DJ Marky, David Rodigan and SHERELLE lead Hit & Run’s 20-year celebration at Depot Mayfield on Thursday 10 December. The Concourse-only night runs deep into jungle and drum & bass, with Tim Reaper, Conducta and more on the bill.
There’s proper range in the bookings: Rodigan brings heavyweight reggae selection, while SHERELLE and Tim Reaper link up for a back-to-back that points straight at high-speed breaks. DJ Marky teams with MC GQ; SHY FX joins forces with RAGE. Elsewhere, Napes, Cheetah, CH3KZ and Strategy connect across another multi-artist set, with Yami, Rich Reason and T-Man also on the programme.
That mix gives the anniversary its shape: foundational jungle names sharing the room with selectors and artists pushing the sound in different directions. And with Hit & Run marking two decades, this is more than a routine stop in Manchester’s club calendar—it’s a hometown night with its roots showing and the pressure turned up.
Depot Mayfield’s Concourse is the place to catch it on 10 December. Bring your jungle ears, and leave room for a pull-up.
