On Mystery / In The Shadows, the Vologda duo 2Whales bring their neuro-leaning drum & bass approach to two deep, bass-heavy cuts, driven by pounding drums and atmospheric melodic touches. Both are listed at 87 BPM, but take different harmonic shades: “Mystery” in E-flat minor and “In The Shadows” in B minor. A focused pair of club tracks for High Resistance.
