“Confusion” places Synkro in a tougher, shadowier 2-step mode: a lean, pressure-built groove that nods toward the stark swing of El-B’s Ghost sound, with weighty low end and sharp-edged sound design instead of an obvious melodic hook.
The track is the A2 cut on uu015, unknown - untitled’s fifth-anniversary collection and first double LP. The label’s anonymous-first approach puts the music ahead of producer names, giving Synkro’s club-focused turn room to stand on its own.
