Ben Soundscape began releasing music under that name after his production partner moved into other fields. The Bristol drum & bass producer founded the Intrigue events with Joe Wills in 2003, then took over running the night. He also runs Intrigue Music, the label he founded. His solo releases have appeared on Dispatch, V Recordings, 31 Records, Prestige Music, Innerground Records, Four Corners and Precinct.
Alongside his solo work, Ben Soundscape is one half of The Insiders and one third of Mosaic. After 12 years of touring and performing together, he and Collette Warren made the four-track EP Last Drop for Intrigue Music. Their 2025 collaborations included the singles Soul Denier on CODE Recordings and Primitivo on Trigga Fingaz Records. That year, he also released This Life, a single with Luke Truth on Precinct.
His releases include the 2022 EP The Studio and the 2026 singles Thunder / Escalate, with T.R.A.C. on Four Corners, and Nite Owl / Adrift on Influence Records. Ben Soundscape also collaborated with RoyGreen & Protone on a track in Sofa Sound “Sofa King Sick” series.
