Ben Soundscape and Samie A’s Frontlines EP moves from the robust, percussion-led dancefloor drive of “Battleground” and “Illusions of Grandeur” into the warmer, more reflective “Together Again” and “Esteem.” The project began between lockdowns as a musical expression of reunion and shared experience, with the final track completed later.
It also marks Samie A’s first release under her own name, following earlier contributions to Superior Selectionz. The result pairs hard-hitting rollers with a thread of connection and camaraderie.
