Fade Black’s “Iced Out” also appears on New Energy Vol.3, the final instalment of Critical Music’s compilation series. The 19-track collection brings together established label artists and newer voices, spanning dark rollers, jungle-influenced rhythms and club tools.
The duo—Nick Hunter and Andrew Khavand—came together after developing their craft as Cruk and Shyun. Both bring a strong production focus to Fade Black, a fitting presence on a compilation built to capture Critical’s sound and community.
