Layered brings Superior Selectionz together with Ben Soundscape across “Lectric” and the title track, while “Mercury (VIP)” revisits Superior Selectionz’s earlier “Mercury.” Cybin closes the set with a remix of “Backlash,” making this a compact showcase for Lockdown’s label boss alongside two recurring collaborators.
That mix of fresh collaborations, a VIP rework and a Cybin remix suits Lockdown’s place in the scene: a Bristol label founded by Cybin, known for rolling, jungle-influenced drum & bass.
