Verbz and Mr Slipz reunite on this reflective single, with India Shan’s featured vocals adding a melodic counterpoint to Verbz’s introspective writing. Its love-and-loss theme sits within the duo’s dust-laden, sample-driven boom-bap sound, while the more considered musicality points to the direction of their album THE WAY FWD.
