Flight Pattern Records is based in Winter Haven, Florida, and releases drum and bass music. Mike Richards, who performs as Random Movement, founded the label in 2016 to give artists more control over their work. Its sound draws on deep, soulful and uplifting styles, with Monrroe, Telomic and Edlan among its artists. Ben Soundscape and Dan Guidance have also released on it. Random Movement’s You Got Somethin’ / Future Fondler came out on vinyl in January 2016.
Random Movement’s album Lost on Purpose came out on Flight Pattern in October 2019, followed by Dan Guidance’s On The Jazz EP in 2024. The label’s Arrivals series introduces artists new to its roster through compilation releases. The ninth volume came out in August 2025. Flight Pattern Records also hosts events and showcases.
