Spanish DJ-producer Tony Lizana started Lizplay Records, which is based in Loja, Granada, Spain. The label centers on drum and bass and also issues music in other electronic styles, with work by both new and established producers. Lizana has played more than 1,000 live sets across Europe. It sits within the Lizplay Group next to two sister labels: Samay Records for breakbeat, and Artema Recordings for tech house, minimal and deep house.
Among Lizplay Records’ releases are Feel Vibes and Need To Survive, alongside music by Nichenka Zoryana, Fishy and Duoscience. Duoscience’s single “Golghota” was released in 2021, while Destiny’s 2023 drum-and-bass EP Nirvana contains the tracks “Nirvana” and “Pieces.” The label also issues a Lizplay Compilation series, and Lizplay Lab Division is a sub-label. Tony Lizana is also known as Ton Moiz.
