Galacy Records began in 2016 as a sister imprint of Liquicity and is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Its releases centre on liquid drum & bass, with deep and soulful drum and bass also describing its musical focus. Edlan featured among the label’s early artists, while Telomic and Polygon also contributed music. Galacy released Telomic’s “Home / Horizon,” after which Liquicity sought further work with him. Its releases include Monrroe’s Time For Change EP and the compilation Identities, which featured Edlan.
The label’s opening release was a VIP version of “Full Control” by Subwave & Dual Personality. Its third release paired “Galactic Tides” with “Focal Point.” Its releases also include Hiraeth’s Bittersweet and Natus’s Sin Of The Watchers. Low:r, Bert H and Leniz have also released music through the label.
