Dark Machine is a drum and bass label founded in 2020 by Perth producer ShockOne, real name Karl Thomas, and named after his 2019 album. It focuses on dark, gritty underground drum and bass and was set up to support bass music artists across Australia, New Zealand and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
Lee Mvtthews' single Turning Back was the first release in 2020, and early signings included Elliot Sloan and Ekko & Sidetrack. The label works with Central Station Records for distribution and label services. ShockOne, Lee Mvtthews, DON DARKOE and Loboski are among the artists with releases on Dark Machine.
