Future Sickness Records is a Belgian drum and bass label run by Spookane, with a base in Dendermonde. Its sound centres on dark, aggressive drum and bass, taking in darkstep, neurofunk and crossbreed, and it puts out music by established names and newer artists alike. Fragz, Switch Technique and Sinister Souls are among its roster, and other releases include Freqax's Wicked EP and Rude Mood's Delusions EP.
Its 2013 vinyl release, the Uncro EP, featured Gancher & Ruin, C.A.2K and Damage Inc. and mixed drum and bass with hardcore influences. In 2021, Future Sickness Records marked its fifteenth anniversary with a release titled 15 Years Future Sickness. Peter Kurten's This Is Not A Test EP came out on the label in 2026. Alongside its records, it regularly puts on events and showcases across Europe.
