We delved deeper into Forever with SOLAH post album release - keeping it bold and uplifting in the first half of the tracklist across songs like ‘Lovesick,’ ‘Summer Summer’ and ‘I’ll Be There,' think soul and sentiment, confetti cannons and a carnival-esque spirit. SOLAH intentionally set out to create a body of work that would translate with positivity on stage - embracing big vocals, strong melodies and hooks. A carefree and colourful escape from the real world!
Spending several years of her early life in a seven-piece band, SOLAH has always had an affinity for horn sections - heavily resonating with the added percussion and energy that they bring to a record.
Her second studio album is a return to her roots, and a dedication to remaining as instrumental as possible within an oftentimes systemised genre.
